I've not had the pleasure of seeing a game of Ice Hockey, but this is quite a stamp. Received today Bobby Orr By the way: Is there a method behind the Postcode Code, VJ9 1A0 that I would understand?

By the way: Is there a method behind the Postcode Code, VJ9 1A0 that I would understand? At the coarsest level, the first letter designates the province. All BC addresses (far west of the country) have a postal code starting with "V". I'm in Alberta (next one over to the east), and all of our postal codes start with a "T". Newfoundland, all the way out in the east, gets the letter "A". Ontario and Quebec have enough population that they get multiple different first letters, but all other provinces and territories get their own letters. Northwest Territories and Nunavut share the letter "X" - Nunavut broke off from the NWT after the postal code scheme started. Postal codes are always "letter-number-letter number-letter-number" (you have a typo in your transcription above). (The space in the middle probably should be there, but it gets left out increasingly in the days of computer addressing.) This leads to a great postal code run by Canada Post for kids at Christmas time - they can send a letter to Santa Claus at the North Pole, postal code H0H 0H0. ha ha The number immediately after the first letter is roughly geographic in area, but only roughly. If it's a 0, then it's a rural area that doesn't get street-level mail service (they also get a 0 for the last digit) - those are small towns with a single post office, residents go to the post office to collect their mail. Bigger areas in Alberta get numbers 1 and up, going from the south to the north. Lethbridge & Medicine Hat in the far south get the number 1, Calgary gets 2 & 3, Red Deer in the middle gets 4, Edmonton gets 5 & 6, etc. If you get street-level mail service, then the last digit is something other than a 0. One side of the street always has a different digit than the other side, generally differing by 1. The refinement in codes is fairly small, about a city block or so before the postal code changes. Canada A focus on women on her stamps. 1993 Hoodless, Gerin-Lajoie, Kinnear and Ashoona. 2009 I saw the exhibition "Her Majesty's Stamps" at the Canadian Museum of Civilization. The front cover sees an address to a "Miss Jones" 1800's, the card was posted to himself in 2009, by a Mr. Jones Ontario.

firstfrog2013 if that's the tip of the iceberg well it would stop this fleet of 12 in its tracks
You have some tasty items there old pal. Kirby says he would be happy to take a trip to the Catskills and help you out. This providing him with 2 pig ears a day along with a hour of wrestle.
Just took him out to the backyard and gave him a good brushing with the de-shedder comb, the local birds are happy plenty of nesting material but my yard looks like a lot like Christmas

That be it, Sir. Source of many saddle sores. Unashameably wimpish, (shows a carry bag near the front forks, a "no no" for the tough guys) I carry my lipstick (chapstick), aspirin, ventolin, paper, pencil, phone, and choccy bars. No "domestiques" where I cycle.

Well, there is that, they have known to go all sticky, we ride early 4am-5am start, so usually things are OK. Have learnt also to load flat Coke in the second bottle, I once opened a fresh one whilst riding, with hilarious results. Choccy and coke only on rides over 80Km, otherwise bananas and water.
