Yvert et Tellier Cinderella designed by Marie-Noelle Goffin in 2018. This small sheet was presented in their 2018 France catalogue and is still available from their website which also gives the following information on Marie-Noelle Goffin:
Marie-Noëlle Goffin, a student at the School of Fine Arts in Rouen, received her final diploma with congratulations from the jury and obtained two national diplomas, that of sculpture and that of engraving. She entered the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. She worked in the workshop of M. Gimond in sculpture then, in engraving, in the workshops of E. Bersier and in that of R. Cami. Under the Alliance-Française, she was sent for a year to Amsterdam where she practiced engraving at the Royal School of Fine Arts. From this stay she brought back numerous drawings and engravings. On her return, she competed to be a professor of engraving at the École des Beaux-Arts in Lille where she taught for 27 years. Winner of the Wicar Foundation, she stayed in Rome for 7 months and held an exhibition of drawings of the Eternal City at the Center St Louis de France. In 2016, at the Hôtel du Département de l'Allier, an exhibition whose title: “By the cities and by the fields” summarizes the two main sources of inspiration for Marie-Noëlle Goffin. This retrospective shows all of his very diverse work with drawings, engravings, medals and illustrations. On the philately side, she has worked for La Poste since 1977 and has created more than a hundred stamps mainly for France, for St-Pierre and Miquelon and for Andorra. She is the winner of the César for philately for the series “les santons de Provence” and has received the grand prize for philatelic art 3 times. In 2006, she received the Créaphil 2006 prize. She is a Knight of Arts and Letters.
