The first definitive stamps of Slovenia, issued in 1991 and 1992. I am looking to acquire those missing values (used only ) The first stamp of modern Slovenia. The date is from Scott catalogue, but the small date above 5.00 says 1992. So maybe something is not right here!

According to Michel, the date in Scott of March 6, 1991 would be a typo - it was actually released on that date in 1992. The first Slovenian stamp was a commemorative celebrating their declaration of independence, Scott #100 issued June 26, 1991. The Michel catalogue lists a constant variety for these Slovenian national arms stamps. The four stamps with "26.12.1991" in the lower right corner all have a Type II variety that exists on one stamp per sheet, as shown in this illustration. Have a close look, you might have one that's tough to find! Ryan

Made me go pull out the Slovenia stamps I've been accumulating in a glassine and take a closer look. BC, I have extras of the #101, 113, and 111 that I could send you if you interested (all used). I could scan them if you wanted to take a look at them first.

Set You show us, come under number 2 to 5 (in both catalog), and keep an eye, as there are two types!
