Pretty sure these are Canadian Easter (Crippled Children) seals, since they are bilingual and/or in French. I could be wrong. Anyone know of a listing for Canadian or American Easter seals? Both Unitrade (Canada) and the Scotts Specialize (USA) list the Christmas seals, but not these. Be nice to be able to keep track of these as well.

The Icon behind the boy, and the icon above 1954 (The Lily) is the emblem of the Canadian Easter Seal society. Catalogues: www.seal-society.org/literature.htm

Both are Canadian Easter seals distributed in Quebec (and perhaps other French-speaking provinces?). The Lily logo was first seen on the seals in 1954. A short listing of these seals (1949-1962) can be found in the Field Guide to the Cinderella Stamps of Canada (cc4130), and a more complete listing (to 2012) in Cliff Beattie's Canadian Easter Seal Catalog, available from the Christmas Seal & Charity Stamp Society (see John Denune's website from the previous post). I suspect that from 1949-1952 the English and bilingual versions were printed on different sheets. From 1953-1962 the stamps on a sheet are either all English, or alternating English and French versions. From 1963 on each seal has both English and French text. Here are a few other examples: 1956 1959

Here are the 1992 Seals. The 1991 Seals are identical except for 1991 date.

I was trying to organize my Cinderella collection today and came across this sheet of seals from 1996. They are visually similar to the 1992 sheet that alanl posted earlier in this thread but are separated by roulette rather than perforations.
