Looks lovely, but I didn't do a fact check or anything - I'm sure you did a great job. I love the bird info - you'd make Audubon proud!

I used all the Stanley Gibbons major numbers to make the page. I'll compare it against the Scott 2015 pages tonight and see what I may have missed.

The wood pigeon and blackbird stamps may be a setenant. Trying very hard to get a picture of the booklet opened, but can't find one.

Andy, what about searching the universal catalogue numbering system, they may have the goods. I fail to recall their link, or name, but Google may come up with something.

Looks like SB64 booklet is indeed a se-tenant. I can finally move on with the 1998 supplement layout.

Still can't make heads or tails out of these bird definitives. Been at it for 2 hours and I think I am still missing some varieties from 1998. Does anyone have a Hibernian catalog? I need some help.

Stampworld was one of the first places I went to check out. Since I was trying to capture and size and perf varieties, I found the site to be lacking in detail.
Overall, Stampworld is an impressive effort. That I have heard from members on another forum that some of the images they have are "borrowed" from other sites.
I really don't care. In my opinion, a stamp image is a stamp image. All you're doing it taking someone else's design and smacking it on a scanner. It might be nice if they asked first. But I don't spend a huge amount of time scanning my stamps, so I'm not really in a position to have an opinion.

That I have heard from members on another forum that some of the images they have are "borrowed" from other sites. That was me. They lifted over 2,000 images from my site without asking. I've had quite a few people tell me it's no big deal, since they're just photos of existing stamps. But hey, they're not the ones who've put thousands of hours into scanning an entire collection and building a website to display it.

That is true. They could have rewarded you in some way or asked. What happened when you contacted them? How did you find out they were your images?
EDIT: Just to add, 2000 images is REALLY EXCESSIVE.
When I do my album pages for Ukraine, I usually grab images from the UPU website. If that fails me, and I need images before I can get the stamps from Ukraine, then I'll try and nab them off of eBay. But I've never wholesale scraped a whole site of it's images.

They responded that they would remove them, but I would have to identify which specific images. I just don't have the time to do that. Especially since they allow user-uploaded images, so unless they implement some controls, it wouldn't be long before the images were re-uploaded.
I can tell which ones are mine by looking at the details of the stamps -- a short perf here, a discolorored spot there.

If they had asked, would you have let them use the stamp images?
