Spoke to some UPNS members. These are all fakes. There are stamps made for every Oblast (province) in Ukraine that is Russian speaking. They all have a similar design, 4 or 6 stamps on a miniature sheet, with a picture of some type of prostesting against Ukraine going on in the background.
These "breakaway" republics will learn things the hard way. Unlike Russia, Ukraine has a free press and uncensored Internet.
Crimea is a disaster now. Tourism is at all time lows. Stores don't want to take Rubels, because their value has collapsed. Lawyers saying it now takes YEARS to get a court date, instead of months.
