I hope you don't mind my pointing out that you have mixed your mils and fils on the postal tax stamps page. They are 2 separate issues. In 1947 the currency used was 1000 mils = 1 Palestinian pound. The currency was changed in July 1950 to 1000 fils = 1 Jordanian dinar, so 5 of the original stamps were issued in 1951 using fils. This is also why the postage due stamps from 1929 were overprinted FILS in 1952.
