Jim with respect, try and add country posts to their parent file. Adding a new thread title, with every request, will have us like every other Forum, an entire mish - mash of threads that die a lonely death. We here, try our best to build an organised, searchable database, that is contiguous and organised. Different threads will not assist students of that country, in the future when looking, say in this case, Jordan. It then becomes a task for our laboured Moderators to move your threads to their rightful position. Your query: Seems not available. Your best route, go to ebay, then define a "follow a search" and make your parameters Jordan / stamps /1981 then, every time a Jordan 1981 stamp is listed, you will be emailed. Evetually Scott 1083 will surface. Hope that helps.

ADMIN NOTEJim Please listen to Rods advice, instead of starting a new thread you are better to post a reply to an exciting thread, we have a general Ireland stamps thread where your post you be best suited. Also please keep your text in standard default fonts, Yes we have different fonts that you can use but the comic sans is more of a playful font and many members are accustom to standard fonts and will not read the playful fonts. Strange I know, but true. Another thing I will bring to you attention is just sampling replying to old post with short comments which you have been doing does not count as quality posts. I understand you eagerness to reach 50 posts but that post count will be deemed by staff. Please take note of rod222 advice Thanks Admin

It's just a learning curve. Imagine if you will, TSF is a library, you go to the shelf under Jordan, there are 2 books Jordan : Stamps and Woman warrior under woman warrior. there is one page, where do I find it? You are not going to spend time, lending that book. It will remain on the shelf, unread. If the members who help you solve the query, spend time in solving the query, the work remains isolated and lost. When you have a query about a stamp, you generally have 2 options, post under the name shown on the stamp , and if not known, post under Unidentified. Members who post "What's this" or "help me with this" do not assist each other, in the general learning curve and research of Philately. None of us are perfect, but if we each try and follow this simple path, we will all post off topic from time to time no really big deal, but, we can, with application, build a research facility on TSF worth pride of effort. Hope this helps, any queries holler back
