Stamp Insider for March-April 2016The March-April 2016 issue of the Stamp Insider, journal of the Federation of New York Philatelic Societies, is online and available for free download in PDF format or viewing online with page turning. Barron traces the roots of the cowboy silent movie star who was honored three others on the Cowboys of the Silver Screen issue of 2010. Diane DeBlois’ Ephemera column focuses on one aspect of Robert Dalton Harris’ and her exploration of 1830s postal routes in New York State.
