Nice Mick. I have a couple from 1961 with the same cachet, but different stamps. I've got a few first day covers in my UN collection, though I don't generally collect FDCs - I prefer postally used. This one from 1951 seems legit.
Sadly missing the #11 $1 red, which was also issued that day. But that might have been a little overkill in terms of postage, seeing as how it was only going up 5th Avenue.

This cover recently appeared in the Postmark Calendar thread. However, as rod222 and others have often said, material posted in those types of threads is often lost to those attempting to research a particular topic so I'm posting it here as well. The United Nations New York honored the International Monetary Fund on April 17, 1961 by issuing two perf. 13x13.5 stamps displaying the Seal of the IMF: a 4c bright bluish green (Scott 90) with English inscription and a 7c terra cotta & yellow (Scott 91) with French inscription which is shown below. The stamps were designed by Roy E. Carlson and Hordur Karlsson. Issued in panes of 50, the stamps were printed by photogravure by the Government Printing Bureau, Tokyo, Japan. This first day cover bears an Artmaster cachet. The slogan in the First Day of Issue cancel reads: "A Decade of United Nations Postage Stamps."

On April 26, 1963 the United Nations New York issued this 8c multicolored air post stamped envelope (Scott UC6). Designed by George Hamori and printed by the United States Envelope Company, Springfield, Massachusetts, the indicia depicts the UN emblem. Per Scott, 880,000 envelopes were printed and 165,208 bear a first day postmark. This cover bears an Art Craft cachet.

On this date (May 9) in 1975, the United Nations, New York honored International Women's Year by issuing two multicolored, perf. 15 stamps with designs depicting equality between men and women (10c, Scott 258; 18c, Scott 259). Stamps of the same design in denominations of 60c and 90c were also issued on May 9th by United Nations, Geneva (Scott 48 and 49). Shown below on first day cover with Fleetwood cachet is a block of four of the 18c value.

I bid on a box lot of covers about 3 months ago and the bulk of them were UN covers. So now I am a UN collector and cover collector. In the lot were 2 covers in presentation folders from the UNPA.
When I opened the first it had this one in it: Which is a nice FDC of the International Hobby Set (SG482 and 483) issued at Ameripex 1986. I think OK, that's not bad whats in the next one: At first, I was thinking great a duplicate, then I noticed that just underneath the 2 stamps it was signed by the engraver Czeslaw Slania. I am pretty happy with it and while I am not keen on duplicates I am good with a signed piece of his.

The next cover is interesting because the Cachet ties to the theme of the Cancel.
This cover has SG 276 cancelled on the 8th of February 1988, with a "Survival of the Forests" slogan cancel.

Not a cover, but a postcard, mailed to me from the UN Vienna offices by my thesis advisor back when I was a graduate student. He was attending an IAEA meeting and was kind enough to think of me. By the way, now I am my institution's representative to the very same IAEA instances, and would have gone twice in 2020 and 2021 if it weren't for the current travel restrictions. If we do ever get business travel to pick up again, and I get to go, I'll tell the TSF membership so I can perform the same favor for those interested.

I was looking through my UN covers and came across the below. It is an UN New York SG 401 posted on the 7th of February 1983. What I like about the cover is the slogan cancel. So I did a little digging and decided to come up with a quick post for my website. The full version can be read here. The short version is the World Assembly For Aging was convened in Vienna in 1982 with the goal of developing an international program guaranteeing economic and social security for older people.

As mentioned earlier in this thread, I will be going to the UN offices in Vienna for business in a few weeks, and thus am renewing my offer to any TSF members if they would like me to mail them a postcard from the UNPA there. Just send me a PM with the address at which you would like to have the postcard sent. I may not have a wide choice on which stamps I can use, but if you have a preference about some recent issue, please mention that as well. I'll try to honour every request.

As I did last year, here's another offer to TSF Members to get a postcard mailed from the UN Offices in Vienna, which I will be visiting next week. If the situation is the same as during my last passage, I expect the philatelic office will be either closed or unmanned, so I may be unable to fulfill requests of having specific stamps used (though one can always ask, maybe we'll get lucky), but I can get postcards and at least one or two stamp types from the souvenir gift shop which is usually open. So, if TSF members are interested in a postcard from the UN Vienna Offices with a UNVA stamp and cancellation, please send me a PM with your address and I'll do my best to get you something!
