Do you need a little help identifying your King Edward VII or King George V stamps from the Leeward Islands?
I have created four web pages based around the identification of these stamps. They show the watermarks, images of the actual stamps including shades, and the various catalog numbers used to describe them. I invite you to take a look if you collect these issues.

My dream would be if these were in some PDF reference. I was going to save web clipping in OneNote and then can use OneNote as well.

Another option is to bookmark the site. I plan to keep adding information as people supply it to me.

For sites such as this, I tend to take a web shot to save the info so I don’t have to go online to download it all the time.

Just for the record, KGVIStamps.com has been on the web for 15 years. The site is renewed annually for a fairly low cost. So I do intend to keep it running. I am a part-time dealer who is partially retired and this is my retirement job. I am an APS approved dealer who has been selling stamps for over 20 years.
I currently have 36,000 British Colony stamps for sale on the site. All are identified by their Scott and Gibbons numbers. King George VI issues also have Commonwealth numbers. I sell stamps that have been identified based on the criteria shown on the web sites that I posted here. Every stamp listed is identified and graded. The price is set based on the quality of the stamp. So it is possible to see five different prices for the same stamp. Prices start at 10c and go up to several hundred for the better items. The stamps are not pictured on the site, but you can select anything and order them to see a scan. Payment is made after you approve the scan, so there is no obligation or risk in ordering anything on the site.
Currently there are over 150 pages showing various sets and how to identify them. I add to this as I get time, and am currently working on the Malaya States.
So if you want to keep up with things that are posted on the site, including changes you have to come back and visit.

kgvistamps,
No offense intended but unless you have adequate backups and continuity of operation plans in case of illness or mishap, it can disappear although some pages are archived on archive.org but not 100%. I consider your website literature as much as any philatelic publication and worthy of preservation.

No offense taken, but I don't want people thinking that the site is going to just disappear. I use a professional company to host my site. They do all the work, so I don't have to touch the servers. I am a Windows Network Administrator by trade, and could actually host the site myself, but they are cheaper and do all the work for me and a lot of other sites. So as long as they continue to function the site will be up and running. All I have to do is pay them every October and create the content.

Leeward Island QV 5 shillings SG16 1897 overprinted in black SEXAGENARY. I had not seen sexagenary as a word before, a quick look and it means relating to 60, which makes perfect sense for the jubilee issue. Not mine just saw on an auction site. Graham

SG 126-140 Printed on chalk-surfaced paper in 1954. Stamps of Leeward Islands were withdrawn and invalidated on July 1 1956 when the colony was dissolved.
