USPS Philatelic SurveyThe USPS wants to know what the stamp-buying public thinks about U.S. stamps and collectibles — and they've partnered with the APS to distribute a survey to a select group of collectors to learn more about their preferences. I tried to answer, but found the survey to be poorly designed and glitchy. Though it starts with questions on stamp designs one prefers, it is mainly about what stamp-themed merchandise would one actually buy. I was unable to finish the survey because of the lack of a none-of-the-above option. In trying to write in my real response, the quiz froze up.

I was able to get through on a second try. But it still seems like deceptive marketing disguised as a poorly-designed survey.

I agree with greaden it is a survey the requires you answer all question, but if the question subject doesn't apply, or I have no opion...too bad... YOU MUST ANSWER THE QUESTION!

When I completed the survey, in the questions that didn't apply, I selected "Other" and commented that I collected stamps and not stamp-inspired merchandise.
I agree that the design is poor and is intended to determine what types of merchandise they can focus on pushing.
Edit: I also left items blank that weren't applicable and simply selected "Next."
