ponso1 there is a slight greenish tone to the original stamps. Here is my copy without the overprint. I still think your overprint stamp is faded. The picture provided by ponso1 is not ideal. Scans change the colours as will monitors. Different people will see different shades of the same stamp. The picture is taken at a strange angle and, probably, using a camera flash. That is the recipe for confusion. The Stanley Gibbons Great Britain Specialised Catalogue (Vol. 2) lists five turquoise-blue and greenish blue shades for the stamp with 'Simple Cipher' watermark. This includes a pale greenish blue stamp. It lists four shades for the later 'Block Cipher' printings of the stamp. Again, these are in turquoise-blue and greenish blue shades, including a dull greenish blue shade. The Commonwealth Catalogue is not always a reflection of the Specialised Catalogue and Scott tends to use different names for colours from Stanley Gibbons. There is variation to start with as evidenced by the post by Londonbus1. I, however, do think hdm1950 is correct that the stamp suffered from fading.
