What I collect: Worldwide Stamps 1840-1930

John, these are not listed in Scott. There is only the following note:
"In 1943, 200 each of 27 stamps were overprinted in red or dark blue, FRANCE TOUJOURS and a Lorraine Cross within a circle measuring 17-1/2 mm in diameter. Overprinted were Nos. 81-99, 104-109, and 111-112."
I used a Scott 2006 Standard Postage Stamp Catalogue, Volume 2, C-F to find this note. As the overprint happened after 1940, there was nothing at all about it in my Scott 2017 Classic Specialized Catalogue.
Hope this helps! Chris

High CV issue Yvert Fr. Colonies 2015 1100 Fr. Francs = $200US Being that you have a 2015 catalogue, I would guess you're looking at Euro values, not French Francs. My Michel South Asia catalogue is a bit old (2003) but it's new enough to be valued in Euros and the cheapest mint stamp listed in this series is €800 (US $950). However, be that as it may, these stamps jl are showing aren't the genuine stamps listed in the catalogues. He has the 1923 series that was already overprinted once for a revalued currency. Your Yvert and my Michel only show three of those 1923 stamps with this circular "France toujours" overprint - 230A, 230B and 230C by the Yvert listing - and none of those three match the denominations jl has (and the Scott catalogue note ignores the existence of those three 1923 revalued currency stamps altogether). Note the illustration on the Yvert listing you provided, that's 230U with a 2r value tablet on the left side of the stamp and "RF" above that. The stamp jl shows has a 2r overprint on 5fr, with the "RF" below the denomination. Colours are incorrect also - not as obvious on the 2r stamp as they're just varying reds. The genuine 1fa 12ca stamp (230P) is blue & ultramarine whereas the 1923 revalued overprint is blue & black, as jl's stamp shows. The tiny snip below (nabbed from PostBeeld) shows the correct stamp for the 1fa 12ca value. Ryan
