This Verfassungs-Tag (Constitution Day) cover must have required a lot of effort and coordination to get 11 cancels, in cities spread out all over Germany, on the same day, September 25, 1919. Anyone know anything about it? The cover apparently did not pass through the mails.

I have no idea, but it seems to be a "thing." Below is a postcard - specially made to explain what the individual did. Postcard in hand, he went to Dresden PO #14 and waited until 9:10 am on Dec 11, 1913 so he could have a postmark "9:10 11/12/13 #14". I wish I had thought of it! :-)
