Although I can find this postage due stamp in the Scott's catalog without the overprint, I can't find this overprinted version. Possibly that's because I have an old catalog. Can someone tell me about this stamp? I did find a reference to a version of this stamp with an inverted overprint, but the link was dead. It said it was a 1945 overprint.  |

It is a Bulgaria 1924 Michel 182, SG 257, Scott 185
It was used for regular postage
Inverts are not listed for this series so they may be forgeries
