What I collect: Cinderellas and some Ephemera from Great Britain, France and Israel plus a few beautiful bits from elsewhere !! Topical interests include Flags & Judaica, the latter with an emphasis on the Jewish National Fund.

I did not find a suitable subject to put these in and as there will be a plethora of others floating around I thought it best to start a new topic. I have had these in my lot for a number of years. They arrived on a page entitled '25th Anniversary of the Coronation of QEII, 1978'. There were two other series' on the page which I will show another time. It wasn't until this morning that I found out the source of these labels. Yes, they are actually part of special Se-Tenant and regular sheets of stamps produced for St.Vincent and the Grenadines of St.Vincent for the 1977 QEII Silver Jubilee !! I am pretty sure the scores of sheets I have since seen were made for collectors. One label appears on each sheet but not all the sheets have labels. The label is at the bottom of the middle row of 3. A label with text is at the top. (I am sure I have an example somewhere but didn't know what it was !!). Here are the labels, all 6 of them. I am not that keen but at least they are better looking than the stamps which I will not show here. (link below to an image) The Stamp Printers go by the name of JWK Ltd about whom I have found absolutely nothing. www.2040-motos.com/Vincent/All/stamps-6-mini-sheets-st-vincent-1977-silver-jubilee-of-queen-elizabeth-ii-mnh-406747/I am pretty sure the next post in this thread will be much more interesting !!
