Switzerland issued early on several souvenir sheets, here are a few...
1934 Zurich philatelic exposition

They were forged mainly by Peter Winter who did a very good job of it as the sample below shows. So for all you SS (Stamp Sleuths) - where did he mess up (not the color that is just a scan issue, he also got the paper right) MEMBER DELETED ALL IMAGES WHEN HE QUIT THE FORUM

Well, on a cursory inspection with smallish images, I'd say he messed up on the clouds a slight bit on the 5 & 10. So far, that's all I have noticed...
If I get to choose... I'll take the real souvenir sheet, please and thank you!

I notice that the "drawing lines" are cleaner in the originals, this affecting the mentioned clouds also Also the accent on the e (é) in philatélie is absent in the forged S/S René

NEXT & NEXT
Color or sharpness are just scanning differences from being years and equipment apart - there is a major fault

YES and it took a French guy to notice it Winter was basically German and to him it was probably just a color spot on the sheet and not a French accent So, send a list of some 5-6 catalogs/books you might want (pdfs of course) and the Easter bunny will comply with 1 BTW - there are also some other minor/major issues but overall Winter forgeries which are numerous are extremely well done on par or exceeding Sperati. His real forte was making covers with his stamps. Many are sitting unknown in some high end collections and occasionally come up for auction. Anybody interested in seeing one of his catalogs. Here is the It will stay active for 1 week

The forgery issue is just too well centred!

He also added a glacier above the buildings on the cliff of the 10c stamp.

peterThe more you compare the originals (true) and the forgeries (false) ...the more you find little things......abnormal - I agree with you René

Yes there are several minor issues and it becomes fairly simple when you have something to compare against but the fake showed up in major auctions and no one caught it. You don't have anything to compare it with. If I put it on eBay it would quickly sell.
When I first saw it, there were 2 glaring issues, the missing accent and the small perforations. The other items were then secondary. Specific forgers tend to have certain constant issues that I look for.

I counted the perf first, but they seemed to match., I couldn't tell due to the differences in size for each one.

That's were you need other tools. The central design is also off center as previously mentioned and the letters are slightly thicker He did a decent job with the perfs thanks to modern equipment. Early forgers had a big issue with imitating comb perfs. Now you're all ready to be forgery specialists.
