While an original poster can change a thread's title, only Admin or a Moderator has the ability to move it from one board to another. The best way to make that happen is either to send a PM with the request or more simply, use the "report post" function.

Not "Stalingrad", although it had the same meaning. "From 1950 to 1960, during part of the Communist period in Romania, the city was called Orașul Stalin (Stalin City), lit. "Stalin City", after the Soviet leader Joseph Stalin.[12]"- wikipedia.org
I should know, since I fortunately don't have that "steely" name on my entry doc in this life...😉

Oradea 2nd Issue: I agree. I also did not like the set of "censored" covers as they look like philatelic souvenirs. The other cover I included came from a website that did not include a picture of the back. Here are some of the websites from which I obtained the scans: <https://www.stampcircuit.com/category/1-oradea-nagyvarad> and <http://www.romaniastamps.com/local/oradea.htm> I think we both have been looking at the same websites not listed here.
Unless I am misreading the date of the cancel on the single cover Oradea second issue stamps I provided, it is March 5, 1945 (not March 9, 1945) or two days before the second issue set was purported issued. Your scan of the Oradea first issue stamps on the postcard with the "La firme n'existe plus" label was mailed on 7 March 1945, the supposed date of issue of the second Oradea issue. Your scan of the second Oradea stamps on the envelope to nearby Debrecen in Hungary was cancelled two days later on March 9, 1945. The three second issue covers we both think are souvenirs are cancelled March 13, 1945. The Nagyvarad cancels on all of the covers look quite similar. Do you think any of these covers were actually carried in the post?
