Scott refers toa Roller cancel for this isse and the one just before it (#47) Is the stamp on the left an example of this?

While looking on E-bay I came a cross a "double roler cancel"... which looks pretty much like th ecancelationon the stamp above....
but if someone here could confirm, I'd feel better about this!

Yes, that is the roller cancel. It is a special roller cancel used by Belgium, and has been nick-named Pizza Cutter roller cancel by some. It was used for bank revenues (e.g., postal savings...), parcel post, post-cancels (i.e., used stamps that missed being canceled), and also a precancel on occasion. The first 2 examples tend to be common, which is why Scott gives a lower catalog price. However, the latter 2 with examples on cover should have a higher price (especially genuine Pizza Cutter roller pre-cancels on cover).
