Among Mexico's issuances in 1934 was a 4c carmine, perf 10.5 stamp (Scott 709) featuring the Monumento a la RevoluciĆ³n located in Mexico City. The inscription beneath the design reads "Officina Impresora de Hacienda-Mexico." The stamp measures 22x26mm and has the CORREOS MEXICO watermark (Scott Wmk. 156). The design would be used on three other Mexico issuances in 1937, 1944 and 1947 (with variations in size, watermark, perforations, etc.) Here are two post cards mailed in 1935 (Nogales, Sonora) and 1937 (Mexico City?) which bear the stamp:

Hi Steve
I just sent a message to Jack. Mexico should be in the Latin America and Caribbean Forum in the Central America sub-forum.
Just for consistency.

The patience of Job is required, as is half a can of Lighter fluid for Wmks. Big thanks to Scott Catalogue and Steiner Pages. The "exportas" in a box for another day, (somewhat in the distance, I'd wager) It's not pretty, here is the 1954-1967 Definitives, (Wmk 300) with varieties 879a 878a 882a and 882b
