. In 1993 New Zealand brought out a fish stamps booklet with a fish scene covering 10 stamps. The 10-stamp sheet makes up a panoramic view of the ocean, and each 45c stamp was cleverly designed to stand alone with its own individual subject. Many of New Zealand's major seafood industry export earners were represented in the design. The booklet stamps include: Tarakihi, snapper, groper, salmon (cage reared), orange roughy, southern blue fin tuna, albacore tuna, kahawai, squid, hoki, oreo dory, rock lobster, greenshell mussels, and pāua. Here is the FDC with the complete underwater scene .

I loved the taste pauas (abalone) very much.Very interesting is the taste of theirs "stomach": combines the taste of the sea
with that of intensive "green".Collected quite a lot of them, what is not the most easy thing to do.
Fishes from a set of 4,issued Dec.4th,1967.

I always had a soft spot for the "early" Bhutan 3-D issues and others. Problem with these stamps and even more the souvenir sheets is their weight and thickness. They do not fit into stock-books and mounts will not hold them in place in other albums.
Low values of the series fishes, issued Feb.27th,1969.

Surprised we haven't seen Fishing revenue stamps. Here are some on licenses from New Jersey (trout) and Washington State (salmon).
