Posting to see if anyone has seen a similar postmark (or can read more of this than I can0. The "5" makes this a later issue Type III (same as Type I, but the numeral 5 is different. I can make the date out to be Auot 14, 1900. The color... There is a 'bright green-yellow" on pale yellow, and using the color function on PERFOMASTER I do pick up yellow tomes (though no match), and the green is closest to Sage Green. The obliteration almost looks eccentric- the outer ring has a wider space at the bottom. "MPRIM" is pretty clear, and then a blur, followed by a ""2" which would be at 12:00. To the right is what I think is PARIS. The 2 lines at ~ 7:30, I suspect are just a "break", and not actually letters (and if we could see at ~4:30 we'd see two more) any ideas?

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

Today I was removing the remaining few stamps left in an old album that had been picked pretty well clean and remounted in another album. Some how this Sage .75 was left behind. I have quite a few different values in my world wide collection but none of the Scott 102 or 102a so I was glad to rescue this one even if it is a perfin. Based on others I have seen on this thread and on line I suspect this one is the 102a deep violet/yellow.
