Albert !, 1915-1920 Sc # 115 with handstamped T, which according to Scott indicates it was for provisomnal use, and refers me to the specialized 1840-194 catalogue... which either doesn't mention it or it is well hidden. A look in COB revealed nothing (that I could find" Anyone know how these where used? Does the letter T have signifigance (Tax?)

Stan , check the reference again , not PROVINCIALS which means local use. But PROVISIONAL which means temporary or short term use.
These are short term used with “T” indicating temporary postage due or “TAXE”
