I have always loved those Cipex labels. Thanks for posting them. DENMARK.......Hafnia '87 Booklet issued by Israel Philatelic Federation for the World Stamp Exhibition in Copenhagen. Cover and two panes of colour trials from A.Berg's 1973 'Rescue of the Jews' issue commemorating the 30th anniversary of the rescue of Danish Jews from Nazi-Occupied Denmark.    |

Just as an aside from the previous post. Note the cancellation bar on the value of one of the 'stamps'.  Israel Post insisted on the cancellation as the colour of the stamp most closely resembled the issued stamp. |

Aside from the Booklet shown previously, 2 Souvenir Sheets were also produced by the IPF.
The first has the cancellation bar on the value of issued colour but not on the others...much like the booklet.
It was additionally overprinted at the show with the title [top] and show Logo [centre] in Black.
The second sheet has all values cancelled !! 
Again, both were issued in limited numbers.

Maybe we should start threads in the general area for Postally-valid Exhibition material from different parts of the world, much like we have done here.
There is enough about......as Rod has just pointed out !
Just an idea. Could include covers too with the appropriate stamps.

Here are some poster stamps for a philatelic exhibition in København (Copenhagen) Denmark in September 1902.
First - a single from the set.

HAMBURG 1984. The 19th UPU Congress was held in Hamburg from June 18th to July 27th 1984. Running alongside the Congress between June 19th-26th was the International Exhibition, 'Salon der Philatelie'. It was at this Congress that an agreement was reached upon the definition of ATM Labels !! The following sheets were offered to Congress delegates and came in folders of 10 stamped and cancelled cards containing sheets from some of the participating nations and 'signed' by their delegates. Beautifully printed, each sheet shows reproductions of early stamps. On very good-looking thick wavy-line watermarked paper.        Londonbus1 |
