I didn't see a thread for this interesting island anywhere else, so, if I missed it somewhere, perhaps admin can point me in the right direction. I've always been fascinated by the stamps from Norfolk. What attracted me was the first issue showing the Norfolk pines, a set which I acquired as a youngster, subsequently sold and repurchased it a few years ago. Here is a colourful inexpensive set recently purchased.

What I collect: I collect world wide up to 1965 with several specialty albums added due to volume of material I have acquired. At this point I am focused on Canada and British America. I am always on the lookout for stamps and covers with postmarks from communities in Queens County, Nova Scotia. I do list various goods including stamps occasionally on eBay as hdm50

New arrivals today included these 1960's pre-decimal sets and individual stamps. All are mint and unhinged. The first photo shows 2 complete sets from 1960-62 listed by Scott as 29-41. My older catalogue does not show a paper/glue variety. The lower set has a glue that has a golden tone and the paper is not as white as the upper set. I am not sure if I will keep both sets or not so if there is a member interested in one set feel free to message me. The price will be my cost plus mailing cost. The second photo includes sets and singles from 1963-65.

Always watch for covers from Norfolk, especially with the Norfolk Pines stamps.
