I wrote a bit about Zarki (Zarkach) locals in V.4 No.2 of the Newsletter and they are indeed fascinating issues. Most found these days are forgeries including those shown by rod222 and by me in the article. Many Polish locals have a certain style that I find quite appealing, these included. I received a good offer for the sets I had and sold them, but will search out the scans to post here. Londonbus1

Polish local issues after WWI are interesting, but i don't follow them all. I have several stamps from Zarki, but all the stamps i have are forgeries. Definitely, unperforated stamps are all forgeries, but a good thing would be to have both a genuine and a forgery stamp one close to the other. There was several good references online related to the polish philately, but one after the other they disappeared... Well, most probably the hosting costs have not been paid and the site closed, but did it happen something the the site owner? I'm starting making a local copy of sites that are still online and i'm going to buy an harddisk to have a second backup of my files. I still trust google, but you know, you'll never know...
