Selection of Commonwealth countries perhaps? Cannot keep Commonwealth stamps except lots of Canada dups and possibly Australia, maybe others..... but the answer is very general.... Ireland is gone to Terri philatelia some time ago !! René

My choice would be recent Canada or Great Britain. Stamps from since 2000.They're tough to come by.

You have to understand that I am a collector of classics......recent stamps do not interest me Canada in the last 20 years - no spares (dups) did give you the range of Scott numbers I have in dups on Vario pages, 2 binders. On occasion, I will buy a FDC or stamps of the Queen (recent) only. I have not done a Canada giveaway in a while - Since I have duplicates in 2 big Vario sheets albums - This would represent too much time. If I ever do one, it will be as an Auction for TSF. René This nice $10 stamp - I have 1 copy MNH-VF - unless one buys a sheet ($$$$$).....no duplicates --2010 high value definitive and this is not a scan of my stamp which has a corner

Cheers, thanks René. I am just looking to check them under Long Wave Light. I have lots, but have found many different paper types. So I buy them or trade them, then sell them if I have a similar paper type. I prefer mint so there is no water or envelope contamination.

My only other suggestions are what I need and collect beside US and Canada: post-2000 British, mid-century engraved French, USSR, and DDR.
I'm sure you'll do a great giveaway, as always, Rene.

I have a ton of USSR, in my collection and in Dups However, the UKRAINE situation does not stimulate me, at this time.....same with people who do not like Hitler on stamp . Dave, mid century FRANCE is what period ? DDR I gave away a long time ago so I do not collect - I have early Germany however René

I'm thinking a bit broader than that. I'm referring to roughly 1935 to 1980, although there's some nice ones before and after those years. I am infatuated with those engraved French stamps from those years. They are beautiful.
And forget about a giveaway for those USSR stamps taking up space for you...just send them to me! lol

During the last soaking sessions, i found some Canadian stamps, and i appreciated what i believe to be one of the last definitive issue with a floral theme. Now I'm away from home for work and i can't do a scan, but seeing them i told myself it would be nice to complete that serie (all in its time). I started cleaning up my stamps during the COVID time, and i have to say i (alone among almost every collector i've talked to) have become interested in modern stamps. I collect the polish area and i concentrated on that. I prefer really circulated stamps, as flawless as possible and with a readable postmark, i.e. with the date (at least the year) and the place. But how many like me like these things? What is the difference of a today's definitive stamp from one from the '50s? The least postal use? But this should be a reason to go deep into that sector... Coins and stamps are widely collected because they have passed into everyone's hands. No collectible is born to be collected. Today this continues to be true for coins, even if i walk around with less and less cash and with two-three credit cards, but if we collectors give up for the firsts, then i see little future for our hobby... Some time ago i opened a thread on classic or modern stamps asking what you prefer. The idea arose from a very strong discussion, very close to a fight, between those who refused to accept the innovations introduced with the latest stamps, from fluorescent paper instead of watermarked, from adhesive stamps instead of arabic or vinylic gum, rotogravure against chalcography, etc. But are there really so few points of interest on the latest issues? I am monothematic and i will hardly start collecting a new country, even if seeing something beautiful, Canadian or American or Romanian or from any country it could be, maybe i will think it over... So i'll relaunch the modern definitives... But take it as a provocation or a discussion point, in the hope that someone will join me in appreciating them.
