My first example of this scarce label on cover Some foxing on the censor tape, but I have been searching for one of these for a while (at a reasonable price).

I'd like to know more about it as well. (Regardless, it's a very nice-looking cover!)

I don't profess to be an expert, not by a long shot. I would like to ask one question though, should this thread not be in the Commonwealth section?

With respect, It could well be, but I think we have moved on from the old stodgy Stanley Gibbons regime, Modern collectors and the youngsters that enter into the hobby, would be well placed to follow Scott Catalogue route and have countries under their own names. One should be able to easily navigate Jamaica under "J", then as a sub species know it as part of the Caribbean, Greater Antilles and a Commonwealth Country status till 1962.
