I only really requested the mixture to reassure Clovermite that it wasn't a scam, my collection isn't really ordered enough atm to know what worldwide gaps I have!
However, I did have fun going through them. I took 1 stamp from the BE mix that filled an important gap in my early GB collection. I only really have Norway sorted and mounted from Scandinavia, the mix was very heavy on Denmark, but I managed to fill 10 gaps in the Norway collection. From the world mix I took 450ish of the allowed 500 (there were probably more than 1000 in the bag). All in all I averaged 2p per stamp.
The remainder has been posted back to them today with my card details. I will revisit them when my collection is more ordered.

Thanks for your latest post, Kevin ( wakeybluenose). It is a very nice thing you did to try to help our former member, Clovermite. I think that Alex ( vikingeck), Dale ( Statesman Stamper), and I were trying to do the same. Well, I promised the nice lady at UPA that if they fixed the problem with the advertisement that I would follow through and place an order. Like you, I don't really need another mixed lot just now, but as I committed to do it, I will honor my promise. As I see it, that's what integrity is all about. Thanks for showing yours, too!

I'm also a member of the "really don't need another pile of stamps to sort" club.
But I was impressed by the way UPA handled this, so last night I sent off my £5.95 payment for one of their world mix bags. If nothing else, it should give me a couple hours of fun working through it. There have been times I've spent more and gotten less in the end.
