Sorting and flyspecking these earlies is a headache, but a nice headache This is what you get when you begin, a page of "Used", whilst you search for mint copies. This is what you have when you desire Mint....

"If you don't want used please send them to me." I have a want list to satisfy from Jkblue first BC, If I have duplicates of duplicates, I'll pass them on, but sorting will take a few more weeks, items like the 15 bani rose red are hard to come by and expensive, I may be able to give you sufficient to enable you to have a page of "holes" like my mint page

Banu is correct. This is from the 1885 King Carol 1 series. It is worth checking your perfs as well as yours looks like it is compound with 13 1/2 on the sides and 11 1/2 at top and bottom but that is just from viewing it without actually measuring. There possibly 4 different perf varieties.

I do have the same measurements 11 1/2 X 13 1/2 and with the help of Y&T cat I noticed that they do name BANU for the 1 1/2b since it is singular.....BANI being plural - info that Scott does not give Thanks darkormexRené
