Today's arrival from the Dutch Perfin Club - the 2022 Belgian Perfin Catalog: A big thank you to Nico from the club who helped me on email to order this and send it to me with a nice selection of Dutch stamps on the envelope.

Hugh Here's one from 20 years later:
Nice one Hugh, the Peacocks, the Chinese, were great, very helpful, and was not aware, prior, to the "other" Queen Victoria That tome covers a lot of ground. PS: I had to squint, I saw a stamp, I had never seen before, (The Danish West Indian) ....and a nice Turkiye "Dulos", overprinted for Eastern Rumelia, I have that stamp in my collection, (or a forgery) Note: Wikipedia incorrectly has this as a "Duloz Issue"

Yes, it had some interesting blurbs on a few occupation topics … and the Spanish Civil War. Let me know if you want a scan of any of the other pages.

Got it yesterday: more than 900 pages of interesting reading in Swedish/English Hi Joan (cursus), I still have my indispensable 2007 copy of FACIT that I bought new in 2007, Enjoy...
Congratulations on your great article in the latest newsletter, I loved following your progression, so similar to many of us in some ways and yet so uniquely you. Thank you for writing it and sharing it! Rob

Thank you very much, Rob, for your nice words, although undeserved. My humble article, is just an homage to loved, gone, people. But, I'm very glad that you liked it. As for the Facit catalog, being a long time Scandinavian stamps collector (more than 40 years with Sweden) I've wanted one for years. Suddenly, two weeks ago, I decided to buy one that seemed a good deal...
