I have used the Wayback machine a few times.
For example, I wanted to know who was on the board of directors of Regency-Superior before it went under. The failure should not have been a surprise to some. It seemed a few wanted the owner to take all the blame.

Not sure if anyone is aware of this. I just found out about it myself, but haven't had the opportunity to try it yet. If you have old links written down, or URL's saved somewhere, but the actual webpage has gone *POOF* and disappeared, some of them can be retrieved using a service like the Wayback Machine Internet Archive. It looks like there are several similar sites on the net as well. I'd be interested in hearing if anyone has tried these with any success. Here is the Wayback Machine link. archive.org/web/It is unfortunately very common for philatelic sites to be taken down. The main reason why I save everything locally. Note: Often some of the images can not be retrieved from the Wayback machine.

Acquired a nice run of these a while back. About 25 of them dated between 1921 and 1927. Unfortunately they are in Spanish, but most of the issues seem to be centered around announcements of new issues from around the world, and adverts. Still, pretty cool. They are, however, rather fragile, like old newspapers.

Despite the covid turmoil, some clubs strive to work as close as possible to normality. I've just received the last (and only 2020) issue of the Cercle Filatèlic i Numismà tic de Ripoll (North of Catalonia) magazine.
On the back, there's a Xmas cartoon showing the little church of Sant Miquel de la Roqueta in Ripoll, with children ready for our Catalan traditional gift-delivering way: knocking a log to making it "foul" gifts. But, this year, the log has been replaced by an "angry Covid19", as a symbol of the current worldwide of the virus, and the text "Bon Nadal", which is Catalan for Merry Xmas!. Which is also my my wish to our TSF friends.
Inside, there's an article ("The other Barcelona Olympics") that I wrote during the first covid lockdown on he 1936 Barcelona People's Olympics cinderellas:
Perhaps, I should translate it to English and send to Steve for the TSF Newsletter?

Look, I know Mercury has been busy, but being a God and all that, it has come to the notice of management, that he is showing no respect to his mail sack. Customers are complaining about soiled covers. It is no excuse to complain your Talaria are too tight ! and you may take off your winged petasos, when relaxing.... 1886 Scott Stamp (and coin) Album 1886
