The unmistakable art of Sonia Delaunay; thanks for posting the Entente Cordiale issue anglobob ! This was a joint issue between France and Great Britain, featuring contemporary British and French artists. Sonia's work represented the French side with the depiction of her work " 'Coccinelle', whilst the British artist selection featured the work of Sir Terry Frost.
Official Philatelic Bureau postmark
For more information on the event - "Centenary of the Entente Cordiale", the artists or additional cancels including the official postmarks used there is this commercial website...
Happy collecting!

GB QV 2 1/2d rosey mauve plate 14 lettered AE with Queenstown postmark 1879. I presume this is Queenstown in Southern Ireland now known as Cobh. (Cobh (/ˈkoʊv/ KOHV, Irish: An Cóbh), known from 1849 until 1920 as Queenstown, is a tourist seaport town on the south coast of County Cork, Ireland.)

Graham,
The NW made me think of London and I gargled 'Ha Heath' confirming my suspicion that this is Hampstead Heath Station.
