One online resource that can help members either find a local club in their area or provide them with tips on how to start a club is provided by the American Philatelic Society. All of the listed stamp clubs in its club finder are APS chapter members, but each is a separate organization offering its own services to its members. The listing includes APS-affiliated clubs in the U.S., Canada, and a handful of other countries. APS Local ClubsIf members are aware of other online resources that help people either locate stamp clubs in their area or start a new club please post them here.

Linns.com has a list of local stamp clubs; however I have no way of knowing how current it is. For example, there's a club listed for my hometown, but the contact information is for someone who passed away last fall. (I'm not saying it's the website's fault - they can only go off what information they receive.)

What I collect: Cinderellas and some Ephemera from Great Britain, France and Israel plus a few beautiful bits from elsewhere !! Topical interests include Flags & Judaica, the latter with an emphasis on the Jewish National Fund.

Thanks for the lists both of you ! Now I can plan my trip to the USA with gusto, knowing I can throw myself at the mercy of so many stamp clubs. Should be a good trip !!

If you can join a local stamp club, I urge you to do so. They are disappearing at an alarming rate in Australia.
