Even though my collection of the 75th anniversary of the UPU is effectively complete, I am still discovering collateral material to add to my collection. I discovered that the India Postal Authority distributed their commemorative set in a presentation folder. The mint stamps themselves were contained in clear acetate pockets inside the folder.
In the 8 years I have been collecting this topic, I have seen only 2 of these folders on the market (I bought both of them ). I would be curious to know how many of the folders were originally prepared. And, were they available to the general public, or was this a limited presentation to certain officials?

What I collect: If I have a catalogue for it, I collect it. And I have many catalogues ....

I have a minor collection of UPU presentation booklets, just things I pick up if I happen to be able to get them without spending much. I'd have to look to be certain, but I don't think I have anything from a 1949 Congress.
