The first mail-order kiloware I ever bought was from B Schulze, more than 30 years ago! He was based out of Canada and also had a cross-border US address (not very convenient though, you have to take a ferry to get from Victoria to Port Angeles).

I received a solicitation yesterday from Gerald Gonyea, whom I've confirmed with APS has been a member in good standing since 1976. Mr. Gonyea provided the below letter and a 14-page pamphlet listing lots he is offering for sale (I've included an image of the first page of the pamphlet). You'll note on the letter that he is offering our membership a 5% discount on a purchase totaling under $300 and a 10% discount on purchases of $300 or more (your order should identify membership in The Stamp Forum, APS Chapter 1591). Should any of you wish to receive a copy of the pamphlet, please write to Mr. Gonyea directly.

rod222There are 153 country-specific and 2 world lots listed in the pamphlet; however, none contain Romania. EDIT: Should anyone else desire lot-specific information, PM me prior to 5pm New York time on Monday, June 29th...the pamphlet will go into the recycle bin for pickup at 9pm.

It appears that APS may be losing its current President as he is being nominated to fill the position as Deputy Secretary of Education. An excerpt from a White House press release follows:
