As far as the PSE's..... from Scott Specialized
Four dies were used
1) Meridian behind Columbus' head. Period after "CENTS" and "AMERICA"...... appears 1c, 2c, 5c
2) No meridian. With periods..................................................................................1c, 2c, 5c
3) With meridian. No periods...................................................................................1c, 2c, 10c
4) No meridian. No periods...................................................................................... 2c

I wonder if there was wrappers of this design? Anyone know? There are no (U.S.) wrappers of this design. Can't say, there may a S.A. country that may have come up w/ something similar

I recently found a 1 Cent cover with an interesting Jersey City, Sta D partial cancel. I will scan it in when I get a chance. Here it is. Curious cancel.

I found these in a stash of pages while trying to find somewhere else:-  USA Columbian Issue 1893 with duplex cancellations Top central die I all others type III Duplex Postmarks with obliterators on the die IIIs from :- Catskill N.Y.
