I have to submit the 2014 Chapter report to APS by July 31.
An APS Chapter qualifies for free dues if at least one-third of its resident members are also APS members.
While I'm certain The Stamp Forum doesn't meet the 1/3 eligibility criteria, I'd like to get a handle on exactly how many of our members are also current APS members.
