So, I went and bought the Scott 2014 catalog pages for ireland from CHIROKMD on eBay. These pages DO NOT specify the SOAR stamps anywhere. Is there any catalog that details information about SOAR stamps?

I was afraid of this. I'm going to need to get a Hibernian Catalog at some point....
I just wish the thing either:
1. Came anout annually 2. They issued some kind of supplement until the new one comes out in 4 years.

Yes. So far the following SOAR stamps have been issued: 2010 - Irish Animals and Marine Life - 8 SOAR stamps - Green Tiger Beetle, Golden Eagle, Red Squirrel, Tompot Bleny, Common Octopus, Hermit Crab, Seas Slug, Bottlenose Dolphin. 2010 - Christmas - 2 SOAR stamps 2011 - Irish Animals and Marine Life Phase II - 8 SOAR stamps 2011 - Christmas - 2 SOAR stamps 2012 - Irish Animals and Marine Life Phase III - 8 SOAR stamps 2012 - Christmas - 2 SOAR stamps 2013 - Irish Animals and Marine Life Pase IV - 8 SOAR stamps 2013 - Christmas - 2 SOAR stamps And I assume that 2014 will have similar issues. There are plans to issue SOAR stamps as pre-printed sheets, booklets and rolls, if they're not doing it already. I would expect them, at some point to become the new definitive stamps for Ireland.

There is extensive information about these issues in "The Revealer", published by the Eire Philatelic Association. It is EXCELLENT for keeping up with Irish philately. The dues to join the EPA are worth it to gain access. Past issues are all online. The following info is from there.
I'll try to summarize the listings. June 2013 5p rabbit July 2013 10p spiny seahorse 1 Euro kestrel August 2013 strip of 8 December 2013 strip of 8 - this is when they started using the new printer which allowed different denominations to be printed - these have a different number code November 2012 55p and 82 p Christmas issue August 2012 8 dif 55p animals and sealife November 2011 2 82p Christmas 2011 strip of 8 55p
hope this helps

Hey can someone scan or photograph a Hibernian catalog page and post it here, so I can see what the Catalog is like? If ypou should choose to post 1940, that would be even more helpful.

That might not be a good idea. I think it is a copyright infringement and the Forum might get into deep doodoo. Maybe Hibernian has sample pages on their website?

Sadly, they do not.
I do find it interesting that the Hibernian catalog is printed in Germany by a German company.

Thank you Jack!
Stanley Gibbons just shot me an email and told me that they will be releasing a new Ireland catalog in December.

I was wondering if someone could email all the pages for all the SOAR stamps.
