I'll follow Rodney's lead on naming this thread. I found these in a recent auction purchase and thought they were pretty neat. I welcome any comments or additions to this States' offerings. 1899 Late Fee stamp Lithographed. Listed as perf 11, though an imperf pair is listed as a sub category.
1899 Registration stamp Lithographed. Also listed as Perf 11, no imperf listed in Scotts

I recently started to collect Colombia and I've been sorting through the collection I bought to kick it off. I found the sovereign states really interesting so I started to mount them in their new home. Sounds easy but is far from that. It seems that every single catalog describe the series in a different way... and given that I like to have the series sorted in the best way possible, well, it's been challenging. Scott and Michel tend to mix different series together. Temprano has been disappointing, I was expecting much more quality from a local catalog that call itself specialized I'm still waiting for my Barriga catalog. I hope it has better info! Anyway... The good part of all this mess is that that's exactly the kind of challenges I like about stamp collecting... so, to be honest, I can't complain These are the first three pages in the best order I've came up with. Please! Any correction, comment, suggestion is welcome! While mounting this page, I found the first couple of fakes of my collection The first one seems like a Spiro. The 20C should have a period (full stop) after the 20 in both sides of the stamps. I'm super proud of the next page. These series took me around two weeks to sort them out. I'm aware of one mistake I made, though. I missed the green 2 1/2C 1883 box (I'm also missing that value):

Oh, no, no. Not even close! I started to collect Colombia very very recently. I guess what happens is that a big part of my fun is to find as much information as I can about the stamps I'm working on. Specially about fakes.
But thanks for the (undeserved) compliment!
