Here is my new Jersey Shore, PA. Dial with the "PAID" stamp on it. It's a folded letter~
Unfortunately, these are the sellers images as I just bought it today (OCT 3rd '14) because I missed out on that red dial but hopefully another will pop up I can get {and it did}, but this folded letter almost makes up for it! Like usual I'll scan it up proper upon its arrival to my door! Thank you.
Here is the sellers auction: www.ebay.com/itm/111457828329
I used a function on a program called Picasa 3 to "straighten" them up right, but in the above eBay link you can see what I was actually bidding on and how they was originally displayed.

Thank you very much for the likes. I do these things to help preserve my town's rich history and also in the hopes of possibly creating another local (to you) postal history hometown collector. Now wouldn't that be something!? Your friend -Jeffrey

I actually got another one this morning! It has been bothering me for two years on eBay as it's been listed and re-listed that long! It was always marked over $85.00 dollars and I noticed this time that it had a make an offer tab...so last night on a whim I put $33.00 (it was $2. for shipping)=$35.00 total..I got it! I had to sharpen up the sellers image and see it was sent to Muncy. I bet this went down the Pennsylvania Canal that went through town! More on this later.

Thank you once again for th information wt1. -(I know you read here)- I had a family member contact me about this particular cover and they are going to send me some more in-depth information on the time period and of course the people involved. I'll be VERY excited to see what happens? -Jay
