The Scott number for the sheet is 4524. Individual stamps are Scott 4524a - 4524p. A good resource for finding Scott numbers of new US issues is the APS website.

Steve Thank you. Now to complicate things the USPS Guide shows it in the 1987 & 1988 area of the guide but no Scott Number. The USPS shows it as a Semi-Postal or in that area. When I purchased the sheet a couple years ago the P.O. clerk said they had been out several years. This leaves me very confused. My USPS Guide is a 2011

I don't have a copy of the guide so I can't say why the sheet would be shown in the 1987-88 area (can you post a scan of those pages?). The USPS website shows the sheet being issued as forever stamps (not semi-postals) on April 14, 2011. There was a vanishing species semi-postal issued on September 20, 2011 (pane of 20; Scott B4) so make sure that you're not confusing the two sheets.

What I collect: If I have a catalogue for it, I collect it. And I have many catalogues ....

No Steve I have the Vanishing Species. I cannot scan or print. I'm not hooked to a printer or scanner. Maybe yet to come this year after Christmas. I'm looking now. But Christmas comes first. I know the stamps are forever. I'm looking at the pages right now. It looks like a glimpse or promotional thing. Page 137 years 1987,1988 and again on the Semi Postal page 279 in the 2011 U.S.P.S. Guide to U.S. Stamps.
