I just noticed there's a section to represent our blogs, so here's mine www.stampcollectingblog.comBasically it's a collection of my writings/opinions about stamps in my collection, and stamp collecting in general. Additionally, the blog houses my stamp exchanges, as well as inventory/statistics for my worldwide collection, and... All in all there's roughly 400 pages of stamp related knowledge. Please do have fun with it.

And fun (and educational) it is! And well written too. And very interactional with large collector participation. And how he manages to collect the whole world (and keep track of it!) on a modest budget......well, one needs to check it out for oneself.

Yes I agree with jkjblue, it is a very interesting blog and I really like the 'look' it has - easy on the eyes and logically set out. Well done!

With generous acceptance of our Admin, I'll be updating this topic whenever I've got some new entries on my blog. Considering my update/writing cycle, it should not happen more than 3-4 times a month. But on with the first new post... Few more unusual stamps from the 1970s Trucial sheikdoms - basically this blog entry displays some more or less unusual items from the 1970s Trucial sheikdoms. And what makes the below fauna stamps 'unusual'... Well, you'll just have to visit the blog find the answer

My bad... I forgot that I haven't (yet) added an exclusion to 'image hotlink prevention script' for TSF at my blog... Here's one image of Venezuelan specimens I'm blogging this time.

Enjoy it, I have. I found, using your information about the Venezuela 1896 'Apoteosis De Miranda' forgeries: , that three of my five look to be original, two don't. Thanks for the alert.

Howdy all, I do apologize that I haven't updated this topic for a while, but basically I've been busy with life (new baby and other stuff 'intervening'). Long story short, since last update here I've added few more blog entries, and you can best view them by visiting the main page of my blog at www.stampcollectingblog.com. The topics of new posts switch from (more) Caribbean stamps into personal time management, and the latest entry tackles the 'big question' whether or not the ongoing specialization of the hobby is a good thing. As usual, I do hope you enjoy the blog -k-

Just wrote a short piece about Romanian reprints of the 1950s at my blog www.stampcollectingblog.com/romanian-reprints-of-1950s.php Besides a short footnote on Michel, I've not found any further knowledge on these. So any tidbits / further education on topic is more than highly welcomed by yours truly. As always, hope you enjoy the blog -k-
