These two from Colombia are driving me to drink - I think they may be Revenue (which may aid in the drinking) but if anyone knows a catalog number or info, I would be very appreciative. Thanks Randy

You are correct, they are revenues, so they won't be in any of the major catalogues. I don't spot an exact match in Forbin, which leads me to believe they might be after 1915. The designs changed every couple years, and not all are pictured, so I might have missed it (or it might be there and I might have missed it).
I have a couple links I can check later. It is interesting that there are two different printers for an essential similar design.
edited to clear up, I'm looking at a scan of a 10c and a 5c. There is another image in the post which is not appearing for me, so if that shows up later, my comment doesn't apply to it.

Hi Randy
I looked in my Barriga and Temprano and they were not listed (a shot in the dark). I did "Google" a little but could not find anything definitive. If you want to search yourself just enter Estampillas de Colombia Timbre Nacional into the search box. MercadoLibre is essentially the eBay of Latin America. The results are all in Spanish but Google does a good job of translating.

This Siegel auction catalog lists American Bank Note Company proofs of this design with manuscript dates of July or August 1916.
