Unknown Possibly Iran (Revenue?) Paper: The most delicate paper I have witnessed, like Fairy Wings. I searched "pelure" paper under Iran, no such issue. Anybody?

RetroReveal shows what the stamp looked like before it faded -- perhaps if you run a higher resolution scan through retroReveal you'll have better results. The stamp is listed in Forbin as Bosnia and Herzegovina #92.
