Hi everyone,
Just this past July I dusted off my stamp collection from when I was a kid and after 20 years of just carrying it around in a shoe box, I've become obsessed with collecting again. Still narrowing down what I'm interested in...so far it's been all Canadian stamps and postmarks from my area, but I'm also thinking of branching out into one other country.
Anyways, glad to be hear. I've come to realize I actually know very little about philately so I'm always cruising the forums to learn what I can.

Welcome (back). If you have the ability to scan, everyone likes to look at stamps...and postmarks (well, not everyone likes to look at postmarks, I guess...can't figure out why?).

And speaking of postmarks, that's a nice Berlin postmark on your avatar image. For those who don't know, Berlin is now known as Kitchener, the name change was due to anti-German moods prevalent during WWI. Welcome to our forum, hope you can show us some of your collection.
