I recognise the 'country' name or at least the script it is written in Xavier ( hrdoktorx) and whilst the souvenir sheet is lovely, I wonder if we are not trading in 'illegal flora and fauna' I posted a souvenir sheet from the same entity in the 'Birds on Stamps!' thread here and I raised the same concern.
Curious to know your's or others' thoughts on the subject...

I agree with your concern. But the issues with the country name spelled Soomaaliya are the ones that are listed in my Yvert&Tellier African catalog, while it is the ones labelled "Somali Republic" which are deemed illegal junk. So I defer to that. I have plenty of both...
