Esperanto labels come in many varieties. There are International Esperanto events National and local exhibits Various promotions in different languages Non Esperanto events published in Esperanto Related organizations And then there is IDO, a derivative of Esperanto which gained some popularity primarily through the efforts of Tobbler Chocolates who put collectible "IDO" cards in their products. The green star that appears on most labels is the symbol of Esperanto OF NOTE - There are also regular postage stamps with an Esperanto theme - The American Topical Association lists 193 (actually updated to 200). I have not however come across any Esperanto Catalog which would surely list thousands of labels. If someone thinks of this as a topical - drop me a line & I will send you a list of the 200 stamps This stamp from Yugoslavia (1953) issued in 15d & 300d values is an example of regular postage Esperanto issues The 15d has a CV of about $5 the 300d shown (not mine) is about $400+
So in a topical Esperanto collection it would probably be on the Wish List

Not wanting to mix the topical threads, I have changed the thread title to 'Cinderella Topical' to avoid confusion when seen on the 'Recent Threads' section. Anyone wishing to start a thread in the 'Topical Stamp Collecting' category is most welcome to do so here:

These could just as easily have sat under a TB Seals thread or general Charity Label one. But let's put them here, at least for now. I just fell in love with the design when I saw them at a dealers table in Artesa de Segre recently. They also exist Imperf. (More stamps to buy !!)

I got them from a dealer who had a small section of Esperanto Labels and they were altogether. He could not recall if there was some event on at the time as there were many Esperanto gatherings and Congresses in Catalonia. Two are inscribed in Esperanto and three in Spanish.
