In browsing through old postcards I bought recently, I saw a marking that at least resembles a duplex, i.e. something already prepared and kept on hand for bad weather (of which there is plenty in Colorado). I lived there in the winter of 1967-68. Comments?

Quite interesting that time was taken to advise of a delay in delivery service. I quest because volumes were small in those days, there was more personal handling.
Today, when I post something, it is with a hope and prayer that gets to its destination. I generally do not post in letter boxes, I go to post outlet and mail from there.
